This policy explains what restaurants and their staff may and may not do with Restu Menu. It is part of our Terms of Service. We keep it short so it is easy to follow.
Your menu must be honest
- Show real prices, and say clearly whether they include VAT.
- Describe dishes truthfully. Keep calories and allergen information accurate and up to date.
- Do not use misleading offers, fake discounts or hidden charges.
No illegal or harmful items
Do not list, sell or promote anything that is illegal in Saudi Arabia or in the country where you operate, or that needs a licence you do not have. This includes, for example, alcohol where it is not allowed, illegal drugs, weapons, and tobacco or similar products sold against the rules.
Respect guests
- Use guests' names and phone numbers only to handle their orders and feedback, and for marketing only when they agreed.
- Do not send spam or share guests' data with others.
Reviews must be real
Restu Menu shows every guest the "Review us on Google" button. Do not use the service to filter, buy, fake or pressure reviews.
Content you upload
Only upload photos, logos and text that you own or have permission to use. No offensive, hateful or adult content.
Keep the service safe
Do not try to break security, access other restaurants' data, overload the service, scrape it, or resell it without our written agreement. Use AI features (menu import, translation, review replies) fairly and within your plan's limits.
What we may do
If something breaks this policy, we may remove the content, pause ordering or suspend the account, after notice where possible. We may also report illegal activity to the authorities.
