These terms apply when you use Restu Menu at restumenu.com. By creating an account you agree to them.
About the service
Restu Menu gives restaurants and cafés a digital menu with QR codes, table and pickup ordering, and tools to collect guest feedback and Google reviews.
Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by staff you invite.
Plans and payment
Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Prices are in Saudi riyals and exclude 15% VAT. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You can cancel anytime; your account moves to the Free plan at the end of the period you paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.
Your menu and content
You own your menu, photos and other content. You give us permission to host and display it to provide the service. You are responsible for accurate prices, descriptions, calories and allergen information.
Orders between guests and restaurants
Orders placed through Restu Menu are between the guest and the restaurant. The restaurant is responsible for preparing orders, food safety and payment. Restu Menu does not take payments for orders and charges no commission.
Reviews
Restu Menu invites every guest to review the restaurant on Google. Restaurants must not use the service to filter, buy or fake reviews.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no illegal content, spam, attempts to break security, or use that harms other users.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; we will tell you about important changes.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Restu Menu is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
Ending your account
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
