These terms apply when you use Restu Menu at restumenu.com. By creating an account you agree to them.
About the service
Restu Menu gives restaurants and cafés a digital menu with QR codes, table and pickup ordering, and tools to collect guest feedback and Google reviews.
Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by staff you invite.
Free trial
New restaurants get a 30-day free trial of all features. No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends: you choose a paid plan or keep using the Free plan.
Plans and payment
Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Prices are in Saudi riyals and exclude 15% VAT. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Plan limits (such as the number of items, staff or AI uses) are shown on the pricing page.
Changing or cancelling a plan
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades start straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you paid for; your account then moves to the new plan or the Free plan, and features above that plan's limits stop working. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If we change a plan's price, we tell you at least 30 days before your next payment.
Fair use of AI features
AI features (menu import, translation and review replies) have monthly limits per plan to keep costs fair for everyone. AI results can contain mistakes: always check imported menus, translations and replies before you publish or post them.
Your menu and content
You own your menu, photos and other content. You give us permission to host and display it to provide the service. You are responsible for your menu: accurate prices (and whether they include VAT), descriptions, calories and allergen information, and for following food and consumer rules that apply to your restaurant.
Orders between guests and restaurants
Orders placed through Restu Menu are between the guest and the restaurant. The restaurant is responsible for preparing orders, food safety and payment. Restu Menu does not take payments for orders and charges no commission.
Reviews
Restu Menu invites every guest to review the restaurant on Google. Restaurants must not use the service to filter, buy or fake reviews.
Acceptable use
Follow our Acceptable Use Policy: no illegal items, no misleading prices, no spam, no attempts to break security, and no use that harms other users.
Guests' data
When guests order or leave feedback, you are responsible for their data and we process it on your behalf, as described in our Data Processing Terms and Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; we will tell you about important changes.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Restu Menu is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
Ending your account
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
